Katherine Hawks, the owner of the Kootenay Hats©, SPH works closely with her husband, who is a certified welder for 35 years to deliver unique and colorful hats. She loves sewing and color co-ordination since her childhood. Her Mom was a contract sewer and Katherine first learnt sewing from her Mom when she was 14. She has lived in and travelled to different parts of Canada as well as abroad. She loves arts, nature, travel, music, and Feng Shui arrangement.
Her Mission is to create comfortable and protective headwear, give new life to this traditional headwear and to inspire happiness for Tradespeople.
